Why Donate to Amabile?
Amabile is a world-renowned choral organization, known both for our engaging and moving musical performances as well as for the quality of the musical education that we provide our choristers, both young and old. We have been a feature of London, Ontario’s choral landscape since our inception back in 1985 and have grown steadily since! With your donations and support, we will ensure the continuation of this choral excellence in London —Canada's first UNESCO City of Music.

Amabile makes a very real and meaningful difference in our choristers’ lives. Amabile continuously works to provide a safe and welcoming environment for individuals of all background, creed, or identity.
When asked what Amabile means to them, individual choristers from all of our choirs consistently mentioned both the welcoming, positive, and family nature of the organization as well as the personal and musical growth that this organization has had on them.

Donating to and supporting Amabile means providing musical and social opportunities for our community members, both young and old. Although we collect registration fees for our choirs, we passionately believe that financial challenges should not prevent someone from singing with us! As a result, we provide bursaries for individuals requiring assistance with these fees, and, as needed, waive them entirely. In fact, Coro d’Argento, Amabile’s mixed choir for ages 55+, does not collect registration fees at all, which allows us to better serve and support this portion of our community.
Amabile relies on donations and sponsorship in order to provide this financial relief to our deserving choristers.

In addition to our extensive concert season in London each year, Amabile also represents London and Canada on national and international stages. Our choirs regularly perform international concert tours, and participate in international choral competitions. In fact, our choirs have visited over 40 different countries and won over 35 national and international awards!
